Mr. Amit Garg Founder Director

Amit is a Content Specialist with over 20+ years of working experience in intense start-up environment, mostly as a Founding Team Member. He started his entrepreneurial journey in 2003 with the launch of Element94, to provide Content and Knowledge Management Solutions.

He began his professional career in 1996, after completing Graduation in Electronic Engineering, with Combit Advertising in their Design team. He moved to Mumbai to be part of the founding team at Mudra Interactive (presently, 22feet Tribal Worldwide) and EuroRSCG Interactive (presently, Havas Creative) during the period 1997-2000, where he lead their online creative teams. He has also played a key role in setting-up of Media Technology Lab at Netdecisions’ Development Centre (presently, Blenheim Chalcot) during the period of 2000-2003.

He is closely associated with the social sector and has been driving Institutional Excellence Forum, a not-for-profit organisation working on Behavioural and Psychological trends among teenagers.

Mr. Anuj Panwar Co-Founder Director

Handling independent technology teams and running a tight ship had been Anuj's forte since the last 12 years. His thirst to stay on top of the technology curve has led to the creation of a gamut of technology solutions focusing on extensive portability. With skills in deriving efficient information architecture from traditional legacy systems Anuj has played a pivotal role in building targeted right-fit solutions for India's educational institutions.

Mr. Abhay Nair Co-Founder Director

For over a decade, Abhay has been pushing the boundaries of graphic, digital, interactive, and multimedia design, before co-founding ELEMENT94. Working in and with a background in visual design, and liberal arts, he leads in shaping unique, innovative, engaging learning experiences. His passion for using leading edge technology in knowledge management, guides his collaboration with stakeholders aimed at creating holistic approaches for converting tacit knowledge to explicit.
